I use my Traeger grill to BBQ pizza. Here’s instructions for how I BBQ my pizzas.

Temp between 375-420
BBQ for 20 to 30 minutes.
Quarter turn every 5 minutes

Pizza is done when the crust on the bottom is golden brown.

Words of caution:
* A pizza pan or stone is required. Without it your pizza may catch fire.
* Internal temp of the pizza when cooked at a lower temp can get very hot. Let the pizza rest for a few minutes before eating.
