Best BBQ Ribs 3-2-1 Method
Follow this recipe for making the best barbecue ribs ever. They are dusted with a dry rub, then smoked and sauced at the end. We used a pellet smoker for the video but these can be made on any grill, just follow times and temps in the recipe below.

Saint Louis Style. Adjust cook time for baby backs.

Blue Collar Rub
1.5C Sugar
.5C Paprika
2TBS Black Pepper
2TBS Lemon Pepper
1TBS Garlic Powder
1TBS Granulated Garlic
2TBS Onion Powder
Optional add Cayenne Pepper until desired heat level is reached.

Clean up racks. Rub down with yellow mustard and apply rub. Add 1C apple juice to foil when wrapped.

1HR Smoke (Approx. 180F)
2HR 250F
1HR 300F Wrapped
Sauce and back on for .5HR at 300F
