The IPT Wood Pellet Grill has been designed to excel in areas most competitors pellet grills are lacking. Just for starters the frame is composed of 16 gauge double reinforced steel. This ensures that the grill’s frame is strong and sturdy to last you for years. The hopper lid is composed of all stainless steel. There is a removable drip tray located between the grill and the hopper lid. This is a feature only found on the IPT Pellet Grill. We designed this especially for cleaning and keeping the grill’s outer parts clean.

There are heat shields all the way around the grill for protection. All lids are easy to clean, stains and grease just wipe away. This grill has fully welded lids and all parts such as screws, handles, fasteners, etc are all made of stainless steel to last for years to come. The hinges are made of 16 gauge stainless steel and contain hinge guides to keep the lid secure while open. These hinges have also been designed and added to keep the lid from over opening and stretching over time.

A very special and unique feature only found on the IPT Pellet Grill is the removable grease or steam tray located within the grill. Sometimes this tray has been referred to as the water tray. It has many uses from pouring juice, beer, water, or wine into the tray while grilling your food for additional flavors. This same tray can be converted into a steam tray for cooking with steam. Once done the tray is removable and wipes clean.

Why choose pellet grills vs charcoal grills? There are many economical and just plain better reasons to cook with a pellet grill vs a charcoal grill. One of the first reasons is that pellet grills use wood pellets for fuel to cook the food. Pellets are made of compressed sawdust which comes form recycled wood. This is without a doubt the greenest way to grill or cook outside. Charcoal grills can tend to overheat during cooking and burn the food with a hot flame. Pellet grills do not have flames and cook with pure temperature controlled heat. So the typical high flame that can come from a bit of grease dropping on the charcoal flame and burning the food does not happen when cooking with a pellet grill.

Why choose pellet grills vs gas or propane grills? There are many economical and just plain better reasons to cook with a pellet grill vs a gas grill. One of the first reasons is that pellet grills use wood pellets for fuel to cook the food. Pellets are made of compressed sawdust which comes form recycled wood. This is without a doubt the greenest and most flavorful way to grill or cook outside. Food cooked on a gas grill does not provide any additional flavoring no matter what you do.
