Cocoa Chili Beef Ribs
Juan Carlos, the meat manager, at the El Toro Market showed us these beef ribs (plank ribs) last month and we have done them every week now working out the best way to do them. I think we have it down to a “Religious Experience”. All with just three ingredients. The Huge Beef flavor jumps out with every tender, juicy bite. This is so easy to do you will amaze your friends; just rub the ribs with the seasoning and into the smoker for 7 hour, then onto your plate… Your friends will sing praises about you as a Grill Master!
