The Scottsdale Cooker modification is complete. The Cooker has been tested and I have found not one issue that would not make it an excellent Smoker too. I ran the smoker for 5 hours and it maintained with in 3 – 6 degrees of 225. To convert the grill from a wood fired or Charcoal to a Smoker is simple. Remove the Argentine Grate and Charcoal Grate. Install the Woven Wire Grate. Heat Shield and Diffuser and your ready to Smoke 🙂
