Today’s recipe is for Butt-Rubbed Baby Back Ribs made in the Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and then glazed with a Strawberry Ghost Pepper jelly.

Heat the smoker to 225. I used Mesquite wood. Smoke for 2 hours 45 minutes, adding wood chips to the Masterbuilt Smoker every 30 to 45 minutes.

Next, remove the ribs from the smoker, wrap in foil along with about 4 ounces of Redd’s Strawberry Ale. Smoke for another 45 minutes. Remove ribs from the foil. Glaze with the Strawberry Ghost Pepper jelly, video recipe here: https://youtu.be/NCKHsKACSIg.

Smoke for 30 minutes and then glaze one more time. Ribs are ready!
