For the second cook on the Green Mountain Grill do a Pork Butt. The cook was so easy. All I needed to do keep the butt basted every hour and wait for it to be done.

Basting Sauce Recipe:
– 2 Cups Apple Juice
– 1/4 Cup Rub
– 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
– 1 Cup Vinegar
– 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
– 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
