First try at a Bacon Bomb also known as a Bacon Explosion. This was cooked on my Rec Tec Pellet grill with their premium mix of wood pellets. Total of 3 1/2 hours of cook time. I didn’t follow any specific recipe, just looked at a few and used what I thought sounded good. Its easy to do, I would recommend everyone try this at least once.
