Learn how to smoke salmon using a wood pellet grill from Traeger and top it with a delicious mango salsa! This is a recipe from Traeger featured at:

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Grill: Traeger Junior Elite Wood Pellet Grill
Rub: Traeger Salmon Shake
Misc.: Cedar planks from Weber
Wood Pellets: Alder
Mango Salsa: 2 fresh mangos, 1 small cucumber, 1/4-1/2 seeded jalapeño, 1/4 cup of cilantro, 1/2 red onion, 1/4 cup lime juice, 2 tsp honey
Step 1: Rub salmon with olive oil
Step 2: Season with Traeger Salmon Shake
Step 3: Place salmon on cedar planks (planks should soak two hours prior)
Step 4: Heat wood pellet grill to 350 degrees (F)
Step 5: Place planks on grill and close lid for 30 minutes
Step 6: Remove salmon when it flakes easily
Step 7: Enjoy the salmon with the mango salsa!
