Today’s I’m making Grill Lobster Tails with Garlic Sriracha Butter. This recipe only is super easy with only 4 ingredients and a total cook time of about 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients:
• 3 to 4 lobster tails
• 4 tablespoons Ass Kickin’ Sriracha Sauce
• 1 Stick Butter
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Heat the grill to high. Make sure to keep a “safe zone” cool area. Because there is butter on the lobster tails, you may get some flare-ups and will want a place to place the lobster tails on the grill so that they don’t burn.
Put the butter, Sriracha sauce and garlic in a bowl. Mix well.
Apply the Sriracha Butter mixture on the meat of each lobster tail. Then, place the lobster tails (meat-side down) on the grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes to firm up the texture and get some nice grill marks.
Turn lobster tails over and grill another 7-10 minutes or until the lobster tail meat is firm. Time will vary depending on the exact temperature of your grill.
