I did these ribs a little different this time. Normally I go low and slow, cooking for more than 4 hours. This time I smoked them for 30 minutes at 225 using Pecan pellets then kicked the temp up to 325 for I hour and 33 minutes. In this video I said I cooked them for 133 minutes, wrong. We used Butt Shaker dry rub and Uncle Bob’s “Kick Ass Honey Bourbon Sauce”…. These guys were AWESOME…
