Learn how to smoke some delicious bacon-wrapped bratwurst on a wood pellet grill!

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Cook Time: Approx. 1.5 hours
Grill: Traeger Junior Elite Wood Pellet Grill
Rub: Blues Hog Dry Rub
Sauce: Blues Hog Original BBQ Sauce
Wood Pellets: Hickory

Step 1: Wrap bratwurst in bacon
Step 2: Lightly season with your favorite rub
Step 3: Set grill to smoke
Step 4: Place bratwurst on grill and close lid
Step 5: Increase heat to 300 degrees when internal temperature reaches 105 degrees
Step 6: (Optional) when internal temperature reaches 140, cover with sauce of your choice
Step 7: Pull off the grill when internal temperature reaches 160
