James Whetlor from Cabrito Goat Meats paid a visit to CWS HQ and bought some of his wonderful goat meat along for us to have a cook with. We fired up the Traeger Timberline for 200c to roasting temperature, and rubbed the rack of goat ribs with some Quiet Waters Farm – Fez Goat Rub.
