This video is about Korean BBQ beef ribs on the Grilla Grills Silverbac but can be made on any grill.

Recipe:
4-5 lbs of beef short ribs “Flanken Cut”
1 Cup soy sauce
1 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup of water
1 small onion chopped fine
2 Tablespoons of sesame oil
4 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup of chopped scallions
1 small grated asian pear or kiwi

mix marinade and pour over beef ribs. Marinate for minimum of 4 hours to overnight. Cook on high heat 425-450 a few mins each side. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh chopped scallions.
