Today I am smoking some wing drumettes. First I set the smoker to 275 degrees. Next I season 5 lbs. of wings with Cabelas chicken rub. For pellets we are using hickory, cherry and pecan. Wings are on the smoker for about 45 min then give them a flip. Flip again after 45 min and crank the cooker up to 350. In about 20 min the skin should be a golden brown and ready to come off. For our sauce I am using 3 different ones for Buffalo Wild Wings. Garlic parmesan, teriyaki, and sweet bbq. If you like what you see please consider subscribing and thanks for watching.
