We just got a new Sawtooth wood pellet grill and wanted to do something special, “Al Pastor” is always special.Juan at the El Toro market thin sliced 8 pounds of pork for us, an overnight marinade with a dusting of Briggs True Texas Chili Mix put us in Taco Heaven!
We gave it a “Kiss of Smoke” with Pacific Pellet Gourmet BBQ Pellet “Bourbon “pellet. Awesome!
