Cook up your brisket like a master chef with this simple beef brisket recipe from Cabela’s.
Ingredients:
Brisket
Cabela’s Competition BBQ Brisket Rub

1. Add in pellets and set heat to 225 degrees F
2. Season brisket
3. Cook fat side up to 160-170 degrees F
4. Wrap brisket in foil
5. Cook to 190 degrees F
6. Remove from heat and allow brisket to rest for 35-45 minutes
7. Unwrap, slice brisket and enjoy!
