Happy July 3rd, or better said, Happy Chocolate Wafter Day!
In preparation for July 4th, National Barbecue Day I’m smoking a couple meatloaf loafs, but tomorrow we will be making a ton of smoked BBQ chicken. If you aren’t interested in BBQ than as a back-up it’s good to know that July 4th is also National Cesar Salad Day.
