Grandma Pie Dough Recipe:
500 grams (scant 4 cups ) 00 or All Purpose flour
375 grams (1 1/2 cups + 4 tsp) 90-95 degree water
11 grams (2 teaspoons) fine sea salt
2 grams (1/2 teaspoon) active dry yeast
75 grams (5 tablespoons olive oil)
about 3/4 cup tomato sauce
