Stuffed Boneless Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken thighs
4 sun dried tomatoes in oil
4 cubes of pepper jack cheese
mustard
herbal seasoning (Like Sazon or Mrs. Dash)
your rub seasoning of choice
Smoke at 250 degrees with the skin side down until interal temp reaches 170 degrees.
