In this video, we talk about making the perfect pork butt from start to finish. Everything in this video is the same on an offset smoker or any other style of smoker. Doesn’t matter what you’re cooking on, it just matters that you’re rolling smoke.
One thing I forget to mention in the video is that for the injection mixture, you MUST heat it up on a stove for 5-7 min until mixed and then let cool COMPLETELY.
