This video is the Best Baby Back Rib Recipe for a Group. The recipe is based on one that came from www.amazingribs.com It’s called Meathead’s Memphis Dust. Its and awesome recipe, I changed it a bit to suit my taste. I smoked these ribs on my Bayou Classic Offset Smoker.

Salt the ribs at least 2 hours before you begin cooking. I use kosher salt, between 1 and 2 teaspoon per rack.

About a half hour before cooking apply the rub.

3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
½ cup maple sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground ginger powder
2 teaspoons onion powder

Smoke for 5 or 6 hours at 250 to 275.
