Today we’re making a pork shoulder on the Pit Barrel Cooker. We’re celebrating my oldest daughter’s 6th birthday today and some family and friends are coming over for dinner. This cook took 7 hours and 45 minutes, a bit longer than expected, but the results were amazing!
