This was by far the most exciting and flavorful sous vide egg I have ever made in my life. I was able to get fresh and I mean fresh eggs from my sister’s house, she has all types of chicken including Blue Easter Egger, Snowy Easter Egger, Golden Cuckoo Marans, Cream Legbar, White Leghorn, Golden Laced, Delaware, Buff Brahma Bantam, Silkie and more. You know egg is an egg, but by doing it this way I made a simple egg but very unique and everyone wanted to try. I also take you to my sister’s chicken coop where she allows me to get so fresh organic eggs for this recipe.

HOW TO COOK SOUS VIDE EGG
I cooked it for 1hr @ (142°F / 61.1°C)

* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
Organic Eggs
Panko Bread Crumbs
All Purpose Flour
Salt to taste (on egg wash)
Canola Oil (for frying)
