A chuck roast cooked up on the Yoder YS640 using Chupacabra All Purpose Rub.

Rub with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, coat with Chupacabra Rub and smoke at 240 until internal temperature reaches 150 then wrap with foil, add liquid of your choice and put back on pit until internal reaches 200+ and probe goes in easily.

Let rest for 1 hour, slice and eat.
