How to slow smoke a pork butt on a gas grill. Who needs a high tech smoker? 🙂
I used Wolfe Rub Original, by Larry Wolfe’

and slow-smoked it with hickory at 250° to 260° F for 8 hours. Internal temperature finished just on the high side of 190° F. It was seriously YUMMY!
Served it with homemade tater salad and a quick spinach / tomato / cucumber salad.
