Today it is the world famous CHIMNEY STARTER for steak searing against ChefSteps preferred way…DEEP FRIED steak. Who will be the champion on this episode. HOW TO COOK SOUS VIDE STEAKS AND SEAR TO PERFECTION
I cooked it for 2hrs @ (135F°F / 57.2°C)

FOR THE YUCA Ingredients
4 cups of yuca
1/2 cup onion
3 tbsp olive oil
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp minced garlic

1 cup Cucumbers
1/2 red onion
Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
1 Lime juice
