In this easy cooking video, I cook a beef cross-rib roast on my Weber charcoal grill. I also cooked some potatoes and vegetables and made some gravy. I cooked the roast to an internal temperature of 126 degrees F and the cooking time was an hour and 15 minutes. It was seasoned with Java and Spice BBQ Rub from the Sonoma Spice Queen. http://www.sonomaspicequeen.com/
For my potatoes and veggies I used, 4 red potatoes, half a bag of baby carrots, 2 stalks of celery, a 12 oz can of corn, and a little olive oil, onion powder, and Mild BBQ Rub.
For the gravy, I used about 3-4 tablespoons of flour and let it brown for about 2 minutes. Then I added in a 32 oz box of bison broth, a little at a time, until it thicken up. That took about 10 minutes.
