Today we are firing up the Pit Barrel Cooker and doing a hanging cheese steak. First we will go through some new products from Pit Barrel then use the new pit barrel skewers to cook our cheese steak. Southwest Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp water
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
pinch of thyme
pinch of cumin
Mix all together and chill in the fridge
