Why not try baking on the Traeger? Contrary to popular belief grills and barbecues are not only there to cook huge amounts of meat, they can be used just like your kitchen oven. These carrot cupcakes bake perfectly and no, they don’t taste smokey. You just make the cakes as you would in the house, just pre-heat the grill to 350C and bake for 25 – 30 minutes on the middle shelf.
When they come out and have cooled just cover the top with the frosting. You can also use your BBQ to cook snacks, watch the video showing how to do the ultimate toasted cheese sandwich.
