Marinating and cooking wild pheasant recipe that is easy to follow and great for folks who have not had wild pheasant before. These were cooked on an electric pellet grill smoker, Traeger.

Wild Pheasant Recipe:
Step 1:
– Breast them out and clean thoroughly
Step 2:
– Marinate minimum 2-4 hours preferably overnight
– McCormick’s used here
– Mesquite marinate and Chipotle marinate used separately
(both tasty!!)
Step 3
– Get grill up to 400+
– 5 minutes per/side (to taste and preference)
