Recipe:
I purchased these 1/2 pound ground chuck patties and seasoned them with Grilla Grills BEEF RUB, allowed them to sit roughly 20 minutes while I pre-heated my Grilla Grills Silverbac Pellet Grill, then cooked them at roughly 350 degrees Fahrenheit until I achieved desired doneness. For me, I like Medium and it took around 20-25 minutes for that. The rest of them were well done and were about 40 minutes total. These were some FAT burgers so they needed more time than normal. I topped my burger with Kraft Smoked Bacon White Cheddar Cheese and sauteed BBQ’d onions which were cooked in Olive Oil, Butter and Grilla’s Kongo Kick Sauce.

THESE BURGERS WERE AWESOME!
