I just received my new REC-TEC grill and put it together in less than an hour taking my time. Excellent quality and great engineering, everything fits immediately. This is heavy duty from the wheels to the smoke stack. I just finished the burn-in and everything works perfectly. It is great to just turn it on, set the temperature, and forget it. I used hickory pellets the first time and there was plenty of smoke giving excellent flavor.

REC-TEC was great to work with; they respond quickly and shipped exactly when they said. I am really impressed by the outstanding quality that exceeds my expectations.

Absolutely amazed. I ordered through Amazon on Saturday afternoon. Jamie from Rec Tec called me on Tuesday to confirm the order, address etc. and to let me know it was shipping that afternoon. The grill was at the Minneapolis terminal on Wednesday afternoon. Wow! One day all the way from GA. UPS delivered on Friday at my request otherwise it could have been here on Thursday. Super fast service.

First impressions: Well packed, easy assembly, surprised by the color…thought it was red for some reason, not brick orange. Temp remained steady despite cool, breezy and rain. Ribs came out great. Was concerned that there would not be enough smoke but it was spot on.
Also amazing customer service and communication. The best in the business.
