How to COOK a TURKEY!!!

We decided to have fun and do a challenge.
DAMIAN goes for the OVEN BAKED TURKEY & MR.ALF goes for SMOKED TURKEY.

WE USED THE SAME RECIPE FOR BOTH TURKEYS, just different methods of cooking.

INGREDIENTS per Turkey:
3 cups Masterpiece Original sauce
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 Tbsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire
3 sticks butter

DIRECTIONS:
In a pot combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat & let cool down before you inject into TURKEY.

Set aside 1 cup for basting while cooking.
