Target Meat Temperature: 160-165 Degrees (F)
Grill: Traeger Junior Elite Wood Pellet Grill
Rub: Weber KC BBQ Rub, & Homemade blend (salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder) to mix into ground beef
BBQ Sauce: Blues Hog Smokey Mountain Sauce
Other Ingredients: egg, milk, bread crumbs, and cheddar cheese
